Terms governing use of the Secure Your Box website and services.

By accessing the SYB Logistics Inc website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.
SYB Logistics Inc d/b/a Secure Your Box provides package receiving, storage, delivery coordination, business logistics, and move-in concierge services to customers in New York City. These Terms govern your use of the SYB website and participation in SYB services.
SYB offers Residential package receiving and delivery coordination, Business logistics services, and Move-In Concierge services. Service availability, scope, and terms are subject to change. Specific service terms are outlined during signup and may be supplemented by additional agreements.
Service fees are as posted on the SYB website or as agreed in writing for custom services. SYB reserves the right to modify fees with notice to subscribers. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Residential plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions may be cancelled through your account dashboard or by contacting SYB support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information; ensuring they are available to receive deliveries during scheduled windows; complying with SYB shipping and receiving guidelines; and notifying SYB of any changes to their service requirements.
SYB may utilize third-party storage or warehouse facilities as part of its service operations. SYB is responsible for coordinating with these facilities as part of the service but does not guarantee specific facility locations or configurations.
SYB is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of packages that occurs prior to SYB receiving the package or after direct handoff to the customer. SYB's liability for any single package or delivery event shall not exceed the lesser of the package's actual value or applicable coverage limits. SYB is not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, operational conditions, or other factors outside SYB's control. SYB will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduled delivery times. Missed delivery appointments due to customer unavailability may be subject to rescheduling fees.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. SYB is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from customer negligence. Customers must notify SYB immediately of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
SYB may integrate with or refer to third-party services. SYB is not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or reliability of third-party services. Use of third-party services is governed by those services' own terms.
Packages that remain unclaimed for an extended period following multiple delivery attempts or customer inactivity may be subject to additional storage fees or, after reasonable notice, treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable law.
SYB does not accept packages containing illegal items, hazardous materials, perishable goods, live animals, or other items prohibited by law or SYB policy. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their shipments comply with all applicable laws and SYB policies.
All content on the SYB website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of SYB Logistics Inc and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SYB Logistics Inc, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of SYB services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
SYB reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. SYB will not be liable for any service modifications or discontinuation.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SYB Logistics Inc regarding your use of the SYB website and services, superseding any prior agreements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York County, New York.

By using SYB services and providing your email address, you consent to receive electronic communications from SYB, including service notices, receipts, and updates. This consent constitutes agreement under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN).
SYB shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, labor disputes, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes that are found to be without valid basis may result in immediate suspension of service and may be subject to collection action. Customers are encouraged to contact SYB directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
