Secure Your Box — Affiliate Terms of Service
1. Enrollment
By registering for the Secure Your Box Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Terms in full. Secure Your Box may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 10% recurring commission on subscription fees paid by customers who become active paying subscribers through the affiliate’s unique referral link. Commissions apply only while the referred account remains active, in good standing, and not refunded, disputed, or cancelled.
3. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked via unique referral links and cookies. Attribution is subject to browser settings, device limitations, fraud prevention systems, and verification. Secure Your Box does not guarantee tracking accuracy.
4. Payment Terms
• Commissions are calculated monthly
• Payouts are issued within 15 days of month-end
• A minimum payout threshold may apply
• Secure Your Box may withhold commissions on disputed, refunded, fraudulent, or cancelled accounts
5. Promotional Conduct
Affiliates may not:
• Misrepresent services or pricing
• Use spam, deceptive practices, or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonate Secure Your Box or claim agency authority
• Bid on Secure Your Box trademarks in paid search without permission
6. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing herein creates a partnership, joint venture, fiduciary duty, or employment relationship.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Commissions earned prior to termination will be paid per these Terms.
8. Modification of Terms
Secure Your Box may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
9. Limitation of Liability
Secure Your Box is not liable for lost commissions due to technical issues, tracking failures, service interruptions, or Program changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York with venue in New York County.
11. FTC Endorsement Compliance
Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Secure Your Box in compliance with FTC guidelines, including clear statements such as “I may earn a commission for referrals.”
