These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.secureyourbox.com (the “Site”), operated by SYB Logistics Inc d/b/a Secure Your Box. By using this Site or purchasing any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use this Site or our services.
SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a concierge-style package handling service designed to securely receive, temporarily hold, and deliver packages to customers (“you” or “member”) within designated service areas. We are not a carrier, courier, or warehouse-rental company. All payments made to SYB Logistics Inc or Secure Your Box represent service fees for coordination, handling, and customer convenience — not for shipping, transportation, or storage rental.
Services may include:
• Assignment of a Secure Your Box address for package receipt
• Temporary holding of packages in a secure, monitored facility leased from a licensed third-party storage provider
• Notification of package arrival and scheduling of hand-delivery or secure drop-off at a time selected by the customer
SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box operates solely as an intermediary convenience service to facilitate safe package receipt and delivery.
All fees are service-based and reflect the cost of coordination, communication, and secure handling. Fees are not based on storage duration or delivery mileage.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
All SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box services are offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated at checkout.
By enrolling, you authorize Secure Your Box to automatically charge your selected payment method every 30 days for the applicable subscription fee until you cancel.
Billing Cycle:
Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically every 30 days.
Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@secureyourbox.com.
Effect of Cancellation:
Cancellations stop future billing only. No prorated or partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.
Failed Payments:
If a charge fails, we may retry payment and suspend service until payment is successfully processed.
You agree to:
• Address packages correctly
• Schedule delivery within plan timeframes
• Not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, perishable, or oversized items
• Provide accurate contact information
Secure Your Box utilizes licensed third-party storage providers to temporarily hold packages and retains custody at all times. We do not rent or sublease storage space to customers.
SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box maintains general liability and bailee’s coverage. However, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100 or the service fee paid, whichever is less.
Delivery is completed only to secure authorized indoor locations. Once delivery is completed according to customer instructions, Secure Your Box is no longer responsible for the package.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Misuse may result in termination.
SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Packages unclaimed after 15 days may be donated, recycled, or discarded without further notice.
Illegal, hazardous, stolen, or suspicious items are strictly prohibited and may be refused or reported to law enforcement.
All content published on the Site is the property of SYB Logistics Inc. dba Secure Your Box and may not be reproduced without permission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Secure Your Box from any claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
SYB Logistics Inc dba Secure Your Box reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.
SYB Logistics Inc. dba Secure Your Box is not a carrier, courier, or warehouse operator. We do not provide transportation services or issue warehouse receipts.
“Private Concierge” is a marketing term describing priority access to delivery and support features and does not constitute personal agency, fiduciary responsibility, or authorized representation of the customer in any legal, financial, or contractual capacity.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware..

By using our Site or purchasing services, you consent to receive all communications electronically and agree that electronic records satisfy any legal writing requirement.
SYB Logistics Inc. (Secure Your Box) is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, labor disputes, transportation interruptions, or government actions.
Secure Your Box reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with excessive chargebacks, refund abuse, or fraudulent activity.
