AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Terms governing participation in the Secure Your Box Affiliate Program.

To participate in the SYB Affiliate Program, you must create an affiliate account, agree to these Terms, and receive approval from SYB Logistics Inc. SYB reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Enrollment does not guarantee approval or commission eligibility.
Approved affiliates earn a 10% recurring commission on the monthly subscription fees paid by referred customers while those customers remain active paying subscribers in good standing. Commission is calculated on the base subscription amount and excludes taxes, fees, chargebacks, and refunds. SYB reserves the right to modify commission rates with notice.
Referrals are tracked through your unique affiliate link. SYB is not responsible for referrals made without proper use of the affiliate link, tracking failures caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or third-party tools, or referrals that cannot be verified through the tracking system.
Commissions are processed monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Affiliates must maintain a valid payment method on file. SYB reserves the right to withhold commission payments pending verification of referral eligibility. Commissions earned from referrals that are later reversed, refunded, or found ineligible may be deducted.
Affiliates may promote SYB through personal channels including social media, email, text, and in-person referrals. Affiliates may not use spam, misleading advertising, paid search campaigns targeting SYB branded terms, or any promotional method that violates applicable laws. Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of SYB Logistics Inc. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, withholding, and compliance obligations. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time. SYB may terminate or suspend an affiliate's participation for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to SYB at SYB's sole discretion. Upon termination, pending commissions may be reviewed and are subject to verification before payment.
SYB reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing Terms regularly.
SYB Logistics Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. SYB's total liability to any affiliate under these Terms shall not exceed the commissions paid to that affiliate in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever promoting SYB services. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of affiliate participation.
