How can I get support?

Send us a message through the contact form and the SYB team will respond by email. Existing customers can also manage deliveries from their account.

How much does the service cost?

Residential customers can choose from our monthly package plans and complete checkout online. Business and Move-In Concierge services are priced around the scope and requirements of each client.

Can you sign for packages at your facility?

Yes. SYB can receive and sign for your packages, manage them at our facility, and coordinate delivery for a time when you're available to receive them.

Is Secure Your Box right for non-doorman buildings?

Yes. SYB is especially useful for residents who do not have a doorman or a reliable building receiving solution. We receive deliveries on your behalf and deliver them to you at a scheduled time when you're home.

How secure is my package?

From receiving through scheduled delivery, every package is logged under your account and held at our facility rather than left unattended at your building.

Will I be notified when my package arrives?

Yes. SYB notifies you once your package has been received and is being managed at our facility.

What if I'm not available at my delivery time?

Your package stays with SYB until another delivery time is scheduled. Packages are not left in hallways, lobbies, or on doorsteps.

How do I schedule a delivery?

Existing Residential customers schedule deliveries through the delivery booking system in their account.

Do you accept oversized or heavy packages?

Yes. SYB can receive and store furniture, mattresses, bed frames, oversized, overweight (38+ lbs), and specialty items. Additional receiving, handling, storage, and delivery charges apply and are confirmed before delivery. Contact us for pricing before shipping.

Where do you deliver?

SYB currently delivers within Manhattan. Availability for a specific address can be confirmed during signup.

Do you offer receiving services for businesses?

Yes. SYB supports businesses with receiving, storage, inventory management, scheduled delivery, and restocking. Services are customized around each business's volume, schedule, and operational requirements. Request Business Pricing →

What types of business deliveries do you handle?

Vendor shipments, supply deliveries, equipment, inventory, and recurring business deliveries, received at our secure NYC facility and managed until delivery is needed.

Do you offer inventory management?

Yes. SYB can catalogue, organize, and manage inventory at our facility based on the agreed service scope.

Do you offer storage for business items?

Yes. Items can be stored securely at our facility and delivered to your business on your schedule.

Can SYB deliver to our office?

Yes. SYB coordinates scheduled delivery to your business, so your staff are not interrupted by carriers and nothing is left unattended with building staff.

Do you offer restocking services?

Yes. SYB can unpack and replenish shelves, closets, break rooms, or agreed supply areas on a weekly, recurring, or custom schedule.

How is Business pricing determined?

Move-In Concierge

Who is Move-In Concierge for?

Anyone sending items to NYC before their new space is ready: residents moving into a new home or apartment, businesses setting up a new office, and students moving into a dorm or apartment.

Is this a moving service?

No. SYB does not move the contents of your existing home or office. Move-In Concierge receives shipments sent ahead of your move-in, stores them securely, consolidates everything, and coordinates delivery and placement when your space is ready.

Can items arrive before my move-in date?

Yes. That is the point of the service. Furniture, equipment, purchases, and belongings can ship to SYB from any vendor or origin before you arrive, and we hold them until your residence, office, or dorm is ready.

Can SYB receive furniture and large items?

Yes. SYB can receive furniture, mattresses, appliances, oversized items, and other large deliveries. Additional charges may apply based on item size and handling requirements.

What does SYB handle for a move-in?

Receiving, documentation, secure storage, inventory management, consolidation, coordinated delivery, placement, and other move-in related logistics, scoped to your proposal.

Do you offer placement services?

Yes. Items can be delivered and placed inside your new space based on the agreed service scope and move-in plan.

Do you offer storage between semesters for students?

Yes. SYB can provide pickup, storage, and redelivery for students between semesters, to the same dorm, a different dorm, or a new apartment.

How is Move-In Concierge priced?
